Parking - Metro garage located at the Grosvenor Metro stop off Tuckerman Lane. Please do not park in the surrounding residential neighborhoods!

MONDAY - FRIDAY PARKING IS NOT FREE! PLEASE READ THE BELOW

SmarTrip cards are required by METRO to exit the garage!

If you do not have a Smart Trip card - they are sold in the Metro stop and will be available at the charities' booth at the event. You get a SmartTrip Card ($5) PLUS $5 of stored value. Actual parking cost is $4.75. For full infomation on the Smart Trip card, visit the "official " website.

We encourage you to take Metro to the Festival.

DIRECTIONS

From the I-270 Spur (heading south)
(From Gaithersburg, Frederick and points north)
Exit the I-270 Spur onto Old Georgetown Road (Route 187). Follow the signs to Old Georgetown Road, North . Turn left onto Rt. 187. Within a 1/4 mile, turn right onto Tuckerman Lane . Follow Tuckerman Lane for about 2 miles and cross over Rockville Pike (355), entrance to Metro parking garage is on the right. Take the stairs or elevators to the 4th level of the garage, and walk across the sky bridge.


On Rockville Pike (Route 355), heading north
(From D.C., Bethesda and points south)
The Film Festival is located 1/2 mile north of the Capital Beltway (I-495) on Rockville Pike. Take a right onto Tuckerman Lane just after the Metro overpass, follow Tuckerman around to the left, entrance to Metro parking garage is on the left. Take the stairs or elevators to the 4th level of the garage, and walk across the sky bridge.


On Rockville Pike (Route 355), heading south
(From Rockville and points north)
The Film Festival is located on Rockville Pike (Route 355) just south of White Flint Mall. Pass the Mansion at The Film Festival and take your next left onto Tuckerman Lane , the entrance to the Metro parking garage is on your right. Take the stairs or elevators to the 4th level of the garage, and walk across the sky bridge.



By Metro
The Film Festival is located immediately adjacent to the Grosvenor Metro station, on the Red Line. Follow the walkway out of the metro station to the left entrance of the Metro Garage. Take the stairs or elevators to the 4th level, and walk across the sky bridge.

 

The Comcast Outdoor Film Festival is produced and managed by Outdoor Movies, the leader in outdoor movie sceens, projection, and events.
